A Letter to Our Patients about Coronavirus

To our valued patients,

As you are aware, there is a growing concern regarding the spread of a coronavirus known as COVID-19. We understand there is a lot of confusing information about what this means for you and your loved ones.

The health and well-being of our patients is our top priority.  To slow the spread of viruses, please remember to wash your hands frequently with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Stay hydrated, exercise as you are able and get some good sleep.

The symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to other respiratory illnesses like the flu. These include fever, cough and shortness of breath. If you have recently traveled or been around someone who is ill and now feel sick, call before visiting our office. We will let you know what to do next and if you need to be tested for COVID-19.

We are making adjustments in the schedule to protect our patients by having appointments for well patients in the mornings and appointments for patients with potentially contagious symptoms in the afternoons in order to ensure a thorough cleaning of our rooms in between.  Please call the office at 919.846.9292 before coming in if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath or have been around someone who has been ill with these symptoms.

Additional information is available on our website at radelman.com and is updated regularly.  If you have any questions please call us at 919.846.9292.

These are confusing times and we are here for you.  We will get through this together.
